Passport Assistance for Americans Seeking to Understand and Assert “state” of the Union Citizenship
This product requires that you maintain a VIP Membership at $49.00 per month. This passport process only works for someone that has NEVER with their current or NEW name received a Birth Certificate. If you have received a BC in your past name and you changed your name, this will NOT work. This is best suited for the Amish type community and or a child.
HIS Advocates provides education, document assistance, training, and ongoing support for men and women seeking to understand the distinction HIS Advocates teaches between U.S. citizenship and “state” of the Union Citizenship.
This program also includes assistance for men or women born in the United States of America whose parents did not obtain a birth certificate for them.

What Is Included?
HIS Advocates assists members with the educational and administrative process of applying for a passport through the United States Department of State while asserting the “state” Citizenship position taught within our program.
Your program includes:

It is not a privately issued passport or identification document.
2. Can the passport be used for international travel?
A passport issued by the United States Department of State is used for international travel subject to applicable laws, entry requirements, restrictions, and Department of State rules.
3. Does the passport look different?
No.
The passport itself looks like another passport issued by the United States Department of State.
The distinction taught by HIS Advocates concerns how the applicant prepares the application and states his or her position during the application process.
4. Is a Social Security number required?
HIS Advocates provides education concerning the Social Security number portion of the passport application and the applicable procedures associated with it.
Members should follow current Department of State requirements applicable to their individual circumstances.
5. Will I receive support when submitting my application?
Yes.
The program provides supporting documentation and educational assistance intended to help prepare you for your passport acceptance appointment.
6. Will someone help me before my USPS appointment?
Yes.
HIS Advocates provides support prior to your appointment so you can better understand the application, documentation, and process.
7. Can HIS Advocates help me obtain certified copies afterward?
Yes.
Once your passport process is complete, we provide educational assistance concerning requesting certified copies of your passport application from the Department of State.
8. Does this automatically eliminate my existing obligations?
No.
Participation in this educational program does not automatically eliminate debts, taxes, contracts, licenses, mortgages, utility obligations, child-support obligations, or other existing responsibilities.
9. Does this guarantee any particular legal status?
No.
HIS Advocates does not guarantee that any governmental agency or court will accept a particular legal characterization or status.
The program provides education and assistance concerning the citizenship position advocated by HIS Advocates.
10. Is this a “sovereign citizen” program?
No.
HIS Advocates does not characterize this program as a “sovereign citizen” program.
11. Does the program eliminate taxes?
No.
The program does not automatically eliminate any tax obligation you may have.
12. Does this discharge debt?
No.
HIS Advocates does not advocate using the program to discharge debts or using instruments such as:

A birth certificate is not presented through this program as a source of money or a debt-discharge instrument.
13. Will this dismiss criminal charges?

Obtaining a passport or participating in this educational program does not automatically dismiss criminal charges or court proceedings.
14. Does this eliminate mortgage or utility payments?
No.
Your lender will still expect payment according to your agreement, and utilities remain subject to their applicable agreements and requirements.
15. Will I receive special treatment at airports?
No.
The program does not guarantee special treatment from TSA, Customs and Border Protection, airlines, airports, or other agencies.
16. Does this eliminate driver's-license requirements?
No.
Participation in the program does not itself eliminate state motor-vehicle laws or licensing requirements.
17. What if I already have a passport?
HIS Advocates provides education concerning the process applicable to members who already possess an existing passport and wish to submit a new application consistent with the program.
Members should follow all current Department of State requirements concerning existing passport books and passport cards.
18. What about Social Security benefits or other government benefits?
HIS Advocates makes no guarantee concerning whether participation in this process will affect eligibility for Social Security or any other governmental benefit.
Every member's circumstances may be different.
19. Is obtaining the passport the end of the process?
No.
Within the HIS Advocates educational framework, obtaining the passport is considered an important beginning rather than the end of the larger Living in the Private process.
Additional education addresses interaction with governmental agencies, contracts, identification, and related administrative matters.
