Private EIN Assistance for Your Foundation or Self-Supporting Ministry
Looking for greater privacy when obtaining an EIN for your private organization? HIS Advocates offers specialized EIN assistance as an add-on service for qualifying structures established through our programs.
Important: This service cannot be purchased by itself. We can do this for LLC's and other structures at a premium. It must be purchased in connection with a Foundation, Self-Supporting Ministry, or qualifying Enterprise-level private structure through HIS Advocates.
Our EIN assistance process is designed for men and women who want to maintain a higher level of privacy while properly establishing the federal tax identification number associated with their Foundation or Self-Supporting Ministry.
Privacy — Not Concealment
HIS Advocates does not provide this service to help anyone hide income, assets, activities, or information that is legally required to be disclosed to the IRS.
Our purpose is to help members pursue the level of lawful privacy available to their organizational structure while following the applicable EIN application process.
What to Expect
- EIN assistance for your qualifying Foundation or Self-Supporting Ministry
- A process designed around privacy and proper organizational documentation
- Approximately two weeks for processing in typical circumstances
- IRS-issued EIN documentation upon successful processing
- Assistance through the HIS Advocates member process from submission through completion
When the IRS completes the EIN assignment, the applicable IRS confirmation documentation, which may include a CP 575 EIN Confirmation Notice, is issued by the IRS.
